## What does it involve?

The BBL (Brazilian Butt Lift) combines two procedures in one: first, 360° liposculpture extracts fat from the abdomen, flanks and back to define your contour; then that fat is purified and grafted by planes into the buttocks to create shape and projection.

## Frequently asked questions

### How much fat survives after a BBL?

Part of the graft is naturally reabsorbed during the first weeks. We graft by planes and layers to maximise survival; the final volume stabilises around the third month.

### Does a BBL leave visible scars?

The incisions are minimal — a few millimetres — and are placed in natural folds, so they are practically imperceptible.

### Why not use buttock implants?

Autologous fat gives a natural, tactile result and allows sculpting the donor areas at the same time. In your assessment we evaluate whether you are a candidate for BBL, implants or a combination.
