Rhinoplasty reshapes the structures of the nose to harmonise it with the rest of the face: it corrects the dorsal hump, refines the tip and adjusts proportions. When a deviated septum affects breathing, the functional correction — septoplasty — is integrated into the same procedure.

## Recovery

## Frequently asked questions

### When will the final nose be visible?

70—80% of the swelling subsides in the first month, but the final tip definition can take 6 to 12 months. It is a gradual, natural process.

### Does rhinoplasty hurt?

The discomfort is more pressure and congestion during the first days, controlled with medication. Most people describe it as tolerable.

### Can breathing be fixed in the same surgery?
